Nick Bodie, your Coastal Commercial Realtor

Nick began his real estate career in Vancouver with commercial brokerage Goddard & Smith International Realty Inc.  shortly after graduating from BCIT's Marketing Management program with a specialization in real estate and  becoming a licensed commercial realtor with the Real Estate Board of Vancouver in 1993.

After his involvement in the sale of BC Gas Building (1111 West Georgia Street, Vancouver) by Manulife to TA Properties of Malaysia for $91 million, Nick moved to South Africa to manage TA's property acquisition and development program, based in Johannesburg, from 1996 through 1999. 

In 2000, Nick relocated to London, England and joined Kenningtons Chartered Surveyors as an agency surveyor, acquiring and selling commercial real estate for private and corporate clients throughout the UK. 

Nick was recruited by one of his clients as Property Director of the private-equity backed  Cambian Group, where he worked from 2005 until 2011 acquiring and developing healthcare assets and schools across the UK while overseeing a team of managers and operatives.

On returning to BC in 2012, Nick progressed his career with public sector postings at Lower Mainland Facilities Management (LMFM) and Public Services & Procurement Canada (PSPC), always with a focus on real property. 

Now licensed with BC Financial Services Authority as a commercial realtor in BC, Nick has over 30 years' experience under his belt, both locally and internationally. His current book of work includes agency, investment and development advisory, land acquisition and divestment services throughout the Province of BC. 

Nick holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) Degree from the University College of Estate Management (UK), was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), has a Masters Certificate in Project Management (University of Victoria) and a Diploma in Marketing Management (BCIT).

Nick's focus is on commercial, industrial, recreational, hospitality, institutional real estate, and he invites clients and prospective clients to contact him for a confidential conversation, in regards to their requirements.
